While I am sure this will be a great learning experience overall, finding the tools to do the job has been frustrating. It is difficult to find internet and printer access for non-internet deemed staff like myself. I would also like a hard copy, preassembled in a notebook for easy referral, so I don't have to write directions (which I tend to forget in process of acquiring knowledge) or try to interpret my chicken scrawl. I keep pushing for answers though, but none have met all my needs yet. Apparently I am using number 2 and 3 habits as my primary goals to keep in mind.
